Here’s the secret method to getting 10-14 videos shot in 1 hour

It’s by hijacking the interview style format, but completely solo:

Now, this is not the ONLY way to get videos shot yourself. But if you’re short on time or not quite comfortable on camera, this is the way.

1. Create a stable setup in your office or room

   Decent lighting, good audio, camera or phone tripod. The specifics don’t matter as much as it being SETUP. You do not want to be building your set with every content shoot, you’ll never record content this way.

2. Write out 5-14 things you want to talk about

   Strategies, hot takes, insights from your experience, stories from your life…all of these rock. Write these out as hooks. Save these in a Notion board or phone notes for easy access. Add 3 bullet points to hit on for each, or even write full on scripts.

3. Put your laptop on a stand or table 45 degrees from your camera

   You’re gonna be looking directly at this while shooting. This will keep you focused, remove the camera pressure. Looking at the camera is overrated.

4. Record your content

   Read out the hook. Hit on each bullet point off the dome or deliver the full script LIKE A HUMAN not a robot. When done, move to the next.

Interview style content done solo in 1 hour or less.
